The alternate Kamen Rider Sasword is one of the Riders that briefly appeared in the movie Kamen Rider Kabuto: God Speed Love.
History
In the alternate timeline where the meteor that strikes Shibuya had turn the Earth partially into a barren wasteland and drying the whole sea in the process instead of turning into small fragments and crashed the city, ZECT was formed where their mission was to save humanity by exterminating the threat of Worms. Sasword was seen among the ZECT Riders (save Kabuto) fighting the Salis Worms colonies before all of them being surrounded.
It was unknown what happened to him afterwards since he didn't appear when the ZECT and Neo-ZECT members fight but it can be concluded that he died during one of his battles against the Worms or he quit his duty as a Kamen Rider.

- Sasword's Masked Form : is a heavily armored form and the default form that Sasword transforms into, until Tsurugi pressed down the tail of the Sasword Zecter, initiating the Cast Off command.

- Sasword's Rider Form : is the sleeker and more offensive-based form which more resembles the scorpion on which Sasword is named after and themed. It is in this form that Sasword has access to the Clock Up command which allows Sasword to travel at speeds to match the speeds of the Worms. By lifting and closing the tail-like switch on the Sasword Zecter, Sasword activates the Rider Slash attack.

Sasword Zecter
Sasword Zecter : allows Tsurugi Kamishiro to transform into Kamen Rider Sasword. As with all of the Zecters, Sasword has two basic forms that the user can transform into: Masked Form and Rider Form. In order to initiate the transformation into Masked Form, the Sasword Zecter is inserted onto the Sasword Yaiver.
Sasword Yaiver
By placing the Sasword Zecter onto the Sasword Yaiver, Tsurugi Kamishiro can transform into Kamen Rider Sasword. The Sasword Yaiver also acts as his personal weapon, enabling to perform the Rider Slash attack.
Sasword Antenna
The Sasword Antenna is the stinger-like crest atop the Sasword Shellmet can move to sting close enemies. It gushes out purple venom just like the Sasword Yaiver during a Rider Slash.
