Kamen Rider Femme is a Rider who fights in the Kamen Rider Trial in the World of Ryuki. She is later summoned by Kamen Rider Diend to fight Kamen Rider Black in the World of Black.

- Because of her appearance, she's often compared to Kamen Rider Knight as both have similar designs, contract monsters but in opposing color schemes and that Feme's cape is feathery. With her Blanc Visor rapier, she can conjure her Wing Slasher or execute her Final Vent Misty Slash, where Blancwing attacks the enemy from behind by producing a gust with its wings, sending the opponent flying into the path of Femme's Wing Slasher.
- Like other A.R. Ryuki Riders that appeared in Kamen Rider Decade, neither her real identity nor full name were revealed by Toei, she only appeared with the other Riders on the trial monitor and magazines.
