Daitenku Temple (Great Sky Temple) is a monastery with a basement-based laboratory for Kamen Rider Ghost's allies (namely Sennin) to live in. After the first few Gamma attacks, Onari decides to make the temple into a paranormal investigations office, Mysterious Phenomenon Institute, to better aid in Takeru's quest to find the Ghost Eyecons and stop the Ganma by having citizens around the city report strange events to them.

Mysterious Phenomenon Institute
Mysterious Phenomenon Institute is a small organization founded by Onari, its members being mostly composed of Daitenku Temple residents. While it being called "institute" is a bit of a creative stretch, the organization's main goal is solving paranormal activities, which often results in eliminating Gamma, and collect the Ghost Eyecons. They are based in the Daitenku Temple and uses Ryu Tenkuji's lab as a meeting place.
