The Space Crime Organization Makuu are a group of space pirates that commits criminal activities throughout the galaxies led by its leader Don Horror. Its base Makuu Castle lies in Makuu Space. Gavan destroyed Makuu as an organization with killing Don Horror and the destruction of Makuu Castle. Makuu Space as a result collapsed significantly.
Three decades later some remnants of Makuu would resurface. Chief of Makuu Prison Ashurada a relative of Don Horror joined the Space Empire Zangyack infiltrating the Space Police. Makuu remnants would later reorganize with the intended goal of resurrecting Don Horror. Rhino Doubler one its members was pursued by Gavan Type G.

- Makuu Castle is the base of the Space Crime Syndicate Makuu, which flies within Makuu Space, a dimension created from evil energies and controlled by Don Horror and those descended from him. After Don Horror's death, much of Makuu Castle was destroyed yet ended up in the void of space where it was found by Brighton, Toya Okuma, during the events of Space Sheriff Gavan: The Movie where he revived the Makuu Syndicate to resurrect Don Horror. But with the ceremony stopped, Makuu Castle was completely destroyed as a result.
- Crushers
- Crushers are the foot soldiers of Makuu in black leather and tights. They are unlimited in number and act only when in groups.
- BEM Monsters are simple animal-themed monsters sent by Don Horror to thwart Gavan, which aid the Double Men. They do not have human forms and are cannon fodder to Gavan's Laser Z Beam.

Kamen Rider × Super Sentai × Space Sheriff : Super Hero Taisen Z
Zan Vardo and Rhino Doubler were part of an army of resurrected (mostly Super Sentai) monsters led by Space Raider after the revival of Madou Demon King Psycho. They proceeded to attack the gathering of Kamen Riders and Super Sentai, giving them a hard time. The heroes of recent years were in a pinch until the arrival of a force of Sentai and Rider reinforcements led by Akarenger and Kamen Rider Ichigo. The combined forces of superheroes were able to turn the tide against the Madou army. They lined up and used their various finisher attacks to destroy the revived monsters.
