This faction is led by ©Na. Most of their plans involve terrorizing otaku into abandoning their hobbies or trying to banish the otaku culture from Akihabara in hopes of changing it into a business district. Their monsters are known as the Chief Clerks and almost always have an overly long name. They are briefly renamed the Delusion Empire when Doctor Z assumed leadership. After this change in organization, the remaining Chief Clerks are fired, as they were no longer fit into Doctor Z's evil plans. But after Doctor Z was redeemed.

In the second season of Akibaranger, the organization is briefly superseded by Neo Dimensional Brain Reconstructive Underground True Empire of Baros lol, but returns after ©Na puts her evil plan in action.

The Delusion World also seems to somehow affect the events of this reality. For example, an event caused all the Super Sentai seasons to disappear from existence and thus "Powerful Rangers" became an inversion of how the relationship between Super Sentai and Power Rangers works in the actual real world: with the American version being the original and the Japanese version being the adaptation (albeit that the Japanese version resulted in a lawsuit with the owners and was shut down).
Delusion World is a parallel universe that was discovered by Takehiro Tsuzuki during his experiments. He found it to be filled with a type of particle, which he named "Moeshinisky particles" (a combination of "moe" and a refence to Gundam's fictional Minovsky particles ), which reacts to the electric impulses in the human brain, forming corresponding solids. It is a pocket dimension within a larger Akibarangers' reality.
