Foundation is a mysterious organization in Shin Kamen Rider: Prologue. It has a global influence such as politics, economy, ideology, culture, commerce and military industry.
Institute of Super Science (ISS Branch of Japan)
ISS is the Foundation's biology institute who created the cyborg soliders with genes of other animals.
Members:
- Iwao Himuro : The head of ISS and a major player in the syndicate. He appears to be a kind gentleman, but is truly a heartless man. He is slaughtered by Shin after he guns down Ai.
- Ai Asuka : Shin's girlfriend and nurse at the ISS where the experiments are held. She tells Shin of the conspiracy, only later to be killed while pregnant with Shin's child.
