Monsters are the main antagonists in every incarnation of Kamen Rider, and sometimes the source of their powers. Whether they are controlled by evil organizations, attack humans to feed off them or become more powerful or are malicious creatures that wish to take over the world, they oppose the Kamen Riders. Oftentimes using the powers of the very monsters they fight against, Riders battle these monsters to protect the people.
