Namba Heavy Industries Ltd is a weapons manufacturing companyy which provides financial support to Faust. Secretly, Namba gave his support to Prime Minister Masakuni Mido of Seito, his prefered choice to inherit Japan to whom he would spare all expenses to support. Taking advantage of Hokuto's advance into Touto, the initially neutral Seito quickly seized the vulnerable Hokuto before declaring war on Touto. Working on Namba's behalf, Nariaki Utsumi updated the Kaiser System originally developed by Kaisei Mogami to create Remocon and Engine Bro's, soldiers of Seito alongside Rogue, a new Rider system used by Gentoku Himuro.

Namba Children

The Namba Children are scientists, soldiers, and spies who were brainwashed by Jūzaburō Namba to have complete loyalty to him since they were children. The company's methods of training children to become scientists, soldiers, and spies who swear absolute loyalty to its leader brings to mind the revelation.

• Nariaki Utsumi : secretary of Himuro who was once a scientist of the Touto Institute. Little is known about him and his personality other than the fact that he is highly loyal to Gentoku and is a scientist of Faust.
• Masuzawa : Spy who works as the secretary to the Touto Prime Minister. When he is exposed by Sento, he committed suicide using a Fullbottle to avoid capture.

Washio Brothers

The Washio Brothers are a pair of siblings from Seito who serve alongside Gentoku as their country's main troopers. Using the Kaiser System that was developed by Kaisei Mogami and upgraded by Nariaki Utsumi, the brothers share a single Nebula Steam Gun that they use to transform.

Fū Washio

Rai's older brother who uses the Gear Remocon to transform into Remocon Bros, a green-colored version of Kaiser. Although he primarily uses the Nebula Steam Gun in combat, Remocon can also utilize its Rifle Mode should Engine lend him the Steam Blade.

Rai Washio

• Main articles : Rai Washio

Fū's younger brother who uses the Gear Engine to transform into Engine Bro's, a white-colored version of Kaiser Reverse. As Remocon is the primary user of Nebula Steam Gun, Engine utilizes the Transteam System users' Steam Blade as his main weapon.
