- Blackmailing Dan, Taiga receives data from his own specs having undergone a simulation to assess Bang Bang Shooting.
- Kiriya Kujo returns. Having snatched the Mighty Action X from Taiga, he returns the Gashat to Emu before fighting alongside him as the bike-shaped Kamen Rider Lazer. Together, the two Kamen Riders rescue Riko Nishiwaki from the Motors Bugster, thus saving her brother whom the Bugster had plagued.
- After his successive defeats at the hands of Kamen Rider Genm, Hiiro fights a simulated Genm at CR. Though prevailing, Hiiro, realizing that Dan had set the difficulty to Easy, is disatisfied knowing the real Genm is much stronger.
- Alerted by Dan to four Rider Gashats which have been stolen from Genm Corp., the Kamen Riders discover the thief, who is later found out to be the human form of the Bugster executive Graphite, while finding a Bugster using the power of the Gekitotsu Robots Gashat. Managing to destroy the Bugster and claim the Gashat himself, Ex-Aid accesses his own Level 3 form, allowing him to face the Bugster's ally, Kamen Rider Genm, and his Sports Gamer on an equal footing for the first time.

Managing to take out one of the Bugsters, Ex-Aid gives the recovered Giri Giri Chambara Gashat to Lazer. Though accessing his own Level 3 Gamer, Kiriya is unable to convince Emu and Kagami that Kamen Rider Genm is Kuroto Dan as the Bugster executive Parad appears before them instead before secretly spiriting Dan away.
- Finding and disarming the remaining Bugster attacking Okada's factory, Snipe chooses to spare the Bugster, endangering the paitent, in a bid to claim the Level 3 Gashats of Ex-Aid and Brave. Though the Bugster is ultimately destroyed, Snipe succeedes in taking the Gashats in addition to the Combat Gamer he now possesses.
- Having taken the Proto Drago Knight Hunter Z, Graphite's form evolves as he infects Kyotaro Hinata and numerous civilians with an especially potent Bugster Virus. Dan, having allowed Graphite to take the Proto Gashat, gives the refined albeit incomplete Drago Knight Hunter Z to Emu, which he unlocks by freeing the Hunter Gamer from the dragon Bugster within Hinata. While accessing Level 5 for the first time enables him to match Dark Graphite's power, Ex-Aid finds the Full Dragon mode unable to sustain as its power overwhelms him.
- Taking on the power of his three rival Kamen Riders, Ex-Aid is able to lead them in a final battle to take down Graphite. Dividing the Hunter Gamer, the four Kamen Riders briefly work together and succeed and destroying Dark Graphite, thus curing Hinata and his other victims. However, this was all part of Dan's plan. Collecting all the data he needs, Dan proceeds to the next stage having completed "Phase One".
- Led by Michihiko Zaizen, the four-man Next Genome Institute returns after six years. Embarking on a hostile campaign to create the ultimate lifeform through the use of the Pac-Man Virus brought forth by stolen Genm Corp. technology, with both Kamen Riders Ex-Aid and Ghost and their allies being caught up in the incident as the Hatena Bugster is created from the independent developer of Hatesate Puzzle, Togo Kiyomiya. Ultimately, however, the Next Genome Institute is terminated a team of five Riders composed of Ex-Aid and Ghost as well as Drive, Gaim and Wizard.
- Through recording the past Kamen Riders, Dan, aspiring to gather the power of Legends, creates a set of Legend Rider Gashats. Using Ex-Aid as a pawn to finish collecting data on the Gashats by pitting him against a Collabos Bugster, Genm finalizes a Ganbarizing Gashat through their power only to be interrupted by the shock return of "Dr. Pac-Man" who presents his own three Bandai Namco Gashats.
- Escaping with Emu, "Dr. Pac-Man" hands his Gashats to him along with Hiiro and Taiga, granting them new Gamers which allow them to defeat a trio of Kamen Riders manifested by Genm using Ganbarizing.
- Loaning a fourth Gashat, to Ex-Aid, "Dr. Pac-Man", actually Parad, completes his and Dan's secret plot to assemble a collection of both legendary Rider and Bandai game Gashats.
- Confronting Kamen Rider Genm with their co-operative Level 5, the four Kamen Riders manage to defeat him with Ex-Aid claiming his Shakariki Sports Gashat, thus clearing all ten of Genm Corp.'s games. However, having used the data of his own "death" in the Gashacon Bugvisor to revive and complete a new game, Dangerous Zombie, Dan drops the charade as he reveals himself to the Kamen Riders, with the others realizing that Kiriya was right all along.
- Saving a young boy from an evolved Salty, Emu realizes that the Bugster virus is evolving. Meeting Kuroto Dan in a final confrontation, Kiriya Kujo is killed in action by the latter's Zombie Gamer Level X. While Lazer's Gashacon Sparrow is taken by Dan, Emu inherits Kiriya's Gashats and Gamer Driver as he along with Asuna, Hiiro, and Taiga find Kiriya in his last moments.
- Emu begins his surgical internship under Hiiro's wing (much to the latter's dismay). CR's next patient is surgeon Kazuki Shirakawa, who is infected with Aranbura. Genm interrupts the operation to steal Ex-Aid and Brave's Gashats. Emu has his Gashats taken by Hiiro after the former loses control and attacks Genm in the middle of the operation. Hiiro is attacked by Aranbura, with Genm and Snipe joining in soon after. Simulateously, Parad confronts Emu outside the hospital, giving him a blank Gashat and advising him to use it against Genm.
- In the confusion caused by Ex-Aid becoming two separate riders, Genm and Aranbura escape.
- Nico Saiba attempts to become Kamen Rider Snipe to defeat Emu but instead recreated the Revol Bugster, who is now at Level 5, thus giving her the Game Disease.

World of Games TimeLine
Game World or World of Games is an umbrella term for alternative realities where the game characters from the various games live in. Each Game World have unique appearance and attributes (for example, Chou Super Hero Taisen World created by Eight Kirino has a lot of "8" symbols floating or standing). In 2010, Emu Hojo was abducted by the Next Genome Institute, who had been hired by Kuroto Dan to remove the now-mature Bugster virus from Emu's body. After the matured bugster later known as Parado was successfully removed from Emu's body, the members of the Next Genome Institute vanished and believed to be dead. As Michihiko Zaizen explained in his encounter with Emu, he and his fellow researches were sent to the Game World and reborn as Bugsters only to return 6 years later with plans to revenge. Zaizen also mentions that Proto Gashats can somehow sent their user to the Game World, as he tries to sent Emu in "same hell he was suffering" with inserting Proto Mighty Action X Gashat in his Gamer Driver along with standard Mighty Action X Gashat, resulting Emu's transformation in his new form. Emu reappears in this world, soon meeting Kaoru Kino/Another Agito, Kazuma Kenzaki/Kamen Rider Blade, Kaito Kumon/Kamen Rider Baron, Yoko Minato/Kamen Rider Marika and Kiriya. The six do battle with a being known as Totema, but Another Agito, Baron, Marika and Lazer are all overwhelmed, while Kenzaki turns out to be somebody else as he mortally wounds Emu and Totema gives him a Game Over.
