- Soichi Kusakabe is Souji and Hiyori's biological father. He was killed and mimicked by a Native Salis Worm. Several years later, just before the Shibuya meteor hit, Tendou encountered him and another Native who had killed and mimicked his mother. In the impact's immediate aftermath, he tried to kill them but was stopped by Hiyori's cries. Moments later, the two Natives were killed by falling rubble.

- Satomi Kusakabe is Souji and Hiyori's real mother. She was killed by the Worm when she was pregnant with Hiyori, since it was mimicry. Hiyori became the cause of the Worm. She died after the crash of the Shibuya meteorite along with her husband.

- Souji Tendou / Kusakabe is the Kabuto Zecter's wearer, is a mysterious, quiet 21-year old man who often seems to follow monk-like philosophies of peace. His name literally means "Heavenly path, rules over all" and he always uses it to introduce himself ("Walking the path of Heaven, the man who will rule over everything").

- Hiyori Kusakabe is first shown as a co-worker of Kagami's at the Bistro La Salle. She was involved in the meteor crash seven years ago along with Souji Tendou. Due to the accident, her parents were killed. She believed that they were murdered by a person wearing a Rider Belt, but after a period of uncertainty she concludes that Tendou, despite owning the belt, would never do something like that.
